Top 5 types of women who should get a boudoir shoot this Valentine's Day
1) The woman who has done the self-work and loves herself.
This is the woman who works on being consciously kind to herself every day. She understands that she is a complex human being, and that like anyone, she has her flaws. But she has also realized that beauty lives in those imperfections and she has embraced all of who she is. She’s done the self-work to (at first) mitigate (and eventually) resist feelings of unworthiness. She shows herself the same amount of kindness that she shows to others. She laughs loudly, exercises to be strong, and doesn’t beat herself up when she’s had a bad day. She wants to do a boudoir session to celebrate all of who she is and she understands that she is worthy of celebrating herself through beautiful portraits that she will cherish forever.

2) The woman who doesn’t love herself yet, but wants to.
I don’t think loving oneself comes naturally to anyone these days. We’re hit with so much noise on a daily basis that just seems to insinuate that whatever we are doing with our lives at the moment, it’s just somehow not enough. Is it any wonder that there are so many women in the world who are hard on themselves? In my experience, love for yourself requires daily work, and it’s certainly a journey. But you know what, you don’t have to love yourself right now- all you have to do today is stop the self-hate. That’s it. That’s the first step to getting yourself out of the shadows and moving towards the light of self-love. And if you don’t believe you’re beautiful, let me prove you wrong. I promise you will see and meet yourself in a truly beautiful portrait that will show you the beauty that you are in possession of.

3) The woman who has lost weight and wants to celebrate it.
It’s possible that the woman in this category could also be placed under category 1) or 2) depending on how she feels about herself, and either way, she deserves beautiful portraits.
